Bootleg Barry’s

Inspired by Barry’s Bootcamp, this workout is a mix of a strength circuit and a cardio circuit.

You will need:

  • 2 weights (I use 10lb weights for the strength circuit, and 5lbs for the punches.)
  • yoga mat is optional

Flow of workout will be 20s/10s work/rest. Total workout is finished in 20 minutes!

Each round will consist of going through the list twice. 4 rounds broken up strength/cardio/strength/cardio.

Strength Circuit:

  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Reverse Fly*
  • Front to lateral raise*

Cardio:

  • Squat touchdowns
  • Skater touchdowns
  • Mountain climbers
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Mixed punches*

*weighted exercise
